How to Order?

Step 2:  A Pop up window will appear, click “Checkout

Step 3:  Fill-up your personal details Name, Location and Contact info

Step 4:  Choose your payment method, the instructions will be given once you’ve placed an order

Do you accept Cash On Delivery (COD)?

Yes! we offer Cash on delivery, however we may need to verify your identity before we ship your orders

When can I get my orders?
  • For areas within Metro-Manila, we can deliver on the same day.
  • For areas beyond Metro-Manila, it will take 1- 3 days or more depending on the couriers and location.

What is your operating hours?

We are open from 9:00am – 8:00pm Mondays-Sundays

Your orders will be processed within the next business day after the 8:00pm cut-off 

Is there a minimum order?

There is no minimum order since customers’ pay the shipping fee

Do you have online payments?

Yes! we have 4 options

  1. Direct Bank Transfer – You can deposit your payment to (BDO or BPI) the instructions will be send after placing your order
  2. Gcash  – The instructions will be sent after placing your order
  3. Debit / Credit Card  – we accept debit or credit cards for seamless transaction                      
Do you deliver in Visayas and Mindanao?

Yes! we do through our partner couriers (LBC, J&T Express, JRS)

How to avail discounts?

We give 3% discounts for 5,000 and up total amount of REGULAR products being purchased.

Therefore, we do not give discounts for the SALE items purchased.

Do you accept Reseller?

Yes! We give special deal for our resellers. Just call in our numbers for assistance

Can I order in bulk?

Yes! This may take some time to fulfill your order and may be charged a higher delivery fee.

How do I cancel my order?

For cancellation of orders after online check-out, please call us immediately:

Is there a purchase limit?
  • There is no purchase limit if you use debit or credit card, the maximum amount to be purchased, depends on the balance available on your card.
  • There is no purchase limit for COD provided that customer will be responsible enough for the payment. however, we will verify you identity before we proceed to delivery.

What if I am not available to receive my order?

A sudden change of schedule? No worries, our trusted courier can still deliver at your doorstep.

Pre-paid – If your order is pre-paid, just leave an authorization letter to your representative and present his/her Valid ID.

Cash on delivery – If you chose to pay Cash on delivery, just leave cash payment to your representative. In case of an alcoholic beverage or restricted items, the courier reserves the right not to release the item to a minor.

Note: SMR CHOCOLATES will not be liable for missing items after the goods had been successfully received by your representative

If delivery is still unsuccessful, SMR CHCOCOLATES may charge a restocking fee, personal shopper fee and delivery fee for perishable items as these are custom-ordered and guaranteed fresh.

 

Can I return my order?

Yes! If you are not 100% satisfied and wants to return and exchange your item, you may do so on allowed items within the 7 days for non-perishable items and within 24 hours for perishable items.
